About theme:
In the fast-paced world of project management, where deadlines loom large and complexities abound, fostering a culture of safety is not just a moral imperative but a strategic necessity.
Integrating behavior-based safety [BBS]strategies into project management practices serves as a cornerstone for cultivating such a culture. By prioritizing proactive approaches that address human behavior and mindset, organizations can create environments where safety becomes ingrained into every aspect of project execution. Through intentional integration of behavior-based safety strategies, project managers can effectively mitigate hazards, prevent incidents, and promote a sense of collective responsibility for safety among all stakeholders.
The talk will emphasize the understanding of BBS and how to bring in behaviour change towards safety.
