AIMA CMA Shaping Young Minds Programme, 2026

The Calcutta Management Association (CMA), in association with the All India Management Association (AIMA), is proud to present the Shaping Young Minds Programme 2026, a flagship leadership initiative designed to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders.

To be held on Friday, 21st August 2026 at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta), the programme will bring together over 700 students, faculty members, academia, young professionals and industry representatives for a day of inspiring conversations, leadership insights and meaningful networking.

Unlike conventional seminars, the Shaping Young Minds Programme offers participants an opportunity to engage directly with eminent leaders through interactive sessions, where selected students will also have the privilege of participating as Student Panelists, sharing the stage with distinguished speakers and contributing to the dialogue. Students can also gain valuable experience by participating as Event Volunteers, making this a truly immersive leadership experience.
