CMA Caring Minds – Conversation 360 | Special Women’s Day Edition

The Calcutta Management Association (CMA) is organizing a special edition of CMA Caring Minds – Conversation 360 on Tuesday, 10 March 2026 at 6:30 PM onwards at The Saturday Club, Kolkata.

Centered around the theme “When She Thrives, We Rise,” the session aims to celebrate the spirit of women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and inclusive growth. The discussion will explore how empowering women—both in professional spaces and in everyday life—contributes significantly to stronger organizations, progressive communities, and a more inclusive economy.

The session will feature Ms. Madhumita Basu, Former Chief Strategy, Marketing & Innovation Officer, Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd., and Former President of CMA.
